The quilt consists of 3 layers, a top batting and the back. these three layers are joined by quilting, hence the name. for finishing a band is sewn around the whole so that the quilt is neatly finished.

First we look for the nicest, softest and finest fabrics, which are always made of 100% cotton for both the front and the back.
We make some of the designs ourselves. We have these proofs, checked if necessary adjusted and then ready to produce. These fabrics are printed with non-toxic pigment inks and are GOTS certified and also have OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.

For the intermediate filling (also called batting) we use an 80% cotton and 20% soft polyester filling. it is made without bleaching process and harsh chemicals. it is a warm but light filling that is very strong and will survive all rides in the washing machine.

When we have all this in house, the quilting can start, we put the three layers on top of each other and quilt this free motion together in our own design.

For the finishing touch, a nice matching band around it and the quilt is ready for shipping.

Our quilts are made with the utmost care, but because the product is used regularly, wear and tear can occur, so check regularly whether the product is still in order and everything is properly secured. We recommend that you only use our products under parental supervision. Never let children under three sleep unattended under the quilt.
