shipping and returns
FloFlow does everything it can to get your product to you as soon as possible. Because we are a small company, we often work on order, this may mean that it takes a little longer than you are used to. If the product is indicated that it is in stock, we will ship it within 1-3 working days. If the product is not in stock it will be made to order and it takes 3-4 weeks to have it ready for shipment.
We send our packages via Post NL, the costs within the Netherlands are € 6.75 for other countries additional costs are added. After the address has been entered at the checkout, the shipping costs will be calculated.
FloFlow considers quality of paramount importance, we work with love and care on all our products. Because our products are made by hand, minor differences and imperfections will be visible. This does not detract from the quality and gives the charm to handmade items. If you want to return the product, you can cancel up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive the full amount, including shipping costs. The product must be returned unused and undamaged. The costs for returning are for your own account. To return your product, you need to contact info@FloFlow.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after registration, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.
Exception for custom orders
Products that are Custom made cannot be returned. Sale is therefore final after successful payment. We strive for 100% satisfaction when a custom made product does not meet your expectations, please always contact us.
